This season seems like the perfect time to once more thank each and every one of you for your business and your heartfelt support! I truly do respect and honor all that each and every one of you embodies.
2009 brought in a variety of ups and downs; and maybe I am not alone in sensing, perhaps a lower energy overall compared to recent years. I feel certain 2010 will bring us a very welcome relief - however small or large- but a relief is welcome none the less.
Lately the opportunity has presented itself to put my practice into play, specifically in the area of non-attachment. The non-attachment I have been encouraged to practice relates to the Indian Blanket that I carry. Many of you know and love the Indian cotton yoga blanket I carry. I love it personally in my own practice and also love to share it with others locally, nationally and internationally. This summer the factory in India shut down (hopefully temporarily) and while there is still a very hopeful possibility that the factory will reopen. We were left wondering where we will find such a beautiful, stable, comparable blanket. Can you hear the non-attachment in my attachment?
Recently I have found a comparable blanket from a different factory. It is lovely as it doesn’t have any seams, it is a 100% natural cotton and it is able to provide stability in all asanas. Even if we do once again stock the original, I hope you will come to love this new addition as well. If you would like to see a sample of the new blanket please let me know and I will happily send one your way.
In the meantime GREAT JOY, LOVE AND LAUGHTER - not only at Christmas and New Years but all the other miraculous days too.
Love and Peace
Metta and Shanti
Glenda
